O rd l R 3n C 2 y Amending land Development Cade — Contract Zone Change - 1397 thio Street Bean mmmnyrkcryolaangor. a,fxiom THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of the City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows: By changing part of a parcel of land located at 1397 Ohio Street (Tax Map No. R-13, Part of Parcel No. 9) from Rural Residence and Agriculture District to Contract Government and Institutional Service District. Said part of a parcel containing approximately 3.2 acres and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof. PROVIDED, HOWEVER THAT, in addition to the mandatory conditions imposed by Chapter 165-7 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor, said change of zone is granted subject to the following m clition: 1. The use and/or operation of the subject premises shall be subject to the follomng limitations and/or restrictions: A. Maximum Lot Coverage: Tvrenty-flue percent (25%) B. Maximum Building Size: 15,000 square feet C. Maximum Building Height: 50 feet D. Maximum Signage Size: 50 Square Feet E. Yard Dimensions: Per Ory Ordinance (G & ISD zone) F. Impervious Surface Ratio: 0.50 G. Buffer Yards: Per City Ordinance existing vegetation along the boundaries of the property will be maintained as far as practicable. 2.
