Dear Ms. Campbell:
It is with regret that l most resign from the Board of Appeals. Mywifeandlhave
purchased property outside of the City and have sold our property in -town.
I expect I will be qualified as a Board member unlit October 1, 2004, because our Baum
properly wfll not be "officially" sold until mid-September, and I will be a resident of Bangor until
October 1, 2004. Therefore, my resignation is effxtive October 1, 2004. However, if the
Council requires that my resignation be effective immediately, please let me know.
It was a pleasure working with you, the Board members, dre code enforcement office, and
tbecirysolicitor. By copy oftrds buter,Iam also informing the Chainmen ofthe Board ofmy
resignation.
