Mywifeandlhave purchased property outside of the City and have sold our property in -town. I expect I will be qualified as a Board member unlit October 1, 2004, because our Baum properly wfll not be "officially" sold until mid-September, and I will be a resident of Bangor until October 1, 2004. Therefore, my resignation is effxtive October 1, 2004. However, if the Council requires that my resignation be effective immediately, please let me know.
