Commentary:
Members of the Bangor Folice Department who were assigned to the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency
(MDEA) were instrumental in the imestigadon drat led to this seizure. As a result of an invesligatlon
conducted In Washington County Jessie Ulvila, William Sjostrom and Brenda Sjostmm were arrested and
charged with Tracking in Scheduled Drugs (Oxycomm).
Prosecutors In the case filed for fie felture on an amount of cash that was seized from the defendants.
Because Bangor Polke Officers participated in this Imresfigation, the Police Department Is entitled to a
share of the forfeited assets in this ase.
