During this period, Sudbury Properties, LLC would have an oppommity to submit for the City Council's consideration amore specific proposal for its proposal development sufficient in detail to omline the general scope of development and convey to the City sufficient information to determine the level of investment and charads of the work to be psrfonned. The proposal submitted for the Cels consideration shall be suificlent in detall to came the general scepe of development and convey sufficient information for the City to determine the level of investment proposed, character of the work to be performed, and schedule for Me proposed development Preliminary plans submitted with the proposal are to include a concept plan showing the proposed layout of the building and other site improvemerts; a floor plan slowing proposed general mem layouts and use, including entrances and exits and overall floor area for each floor; and a suludde cross-sec0on or elevation of the building showing the relationship of floors to surrounding grades, and materials to be used for exterior building facade treatment.
