THAT the zoning houadary lines as
established by the Zoning Map of the
City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby further
amended as follows:
By changing parts of parcels of land located off of Haskell Road (max
Map No, R-70, Part of Lot 14 and Part of Lot 1-G, and Tax Map R-71,
Part of Lot 3) from Rural Residence and Agriculture District to
General Commercial and Service District. Said parts of parcels
containing approximately 43 acres and being more particularly
indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.
