Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
The Finance Committee has previously approved workout agreements W i the owners of the property
located at 29 Nash Street Both the Treasurer's office and Wastewater Treatment Plant have recelved
payment in full of all outstanding real estate taxes and sewer charge. Because several of the liens have
matured, it is now necessary to issue a quitclaim deed to release the City's Interest In the property by
virtue of the Ilene.
There are m code issues with the property.
