A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Michael Sherwood of Somerset Street, Bangor, who was charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Schedule Z Drugs (marijuana). The pistol was selzed at the same time as the currency. Prosecutors in the case 0led for forfeiture of the pistol and an amount of cash that was seized from the defendant The Bangor Police Department may be entitled to all or a Porton of the value in farteited assets.
