A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Brandon Dessler of Mandl Street, Bangor, who was charged with Aggravated Tafficldng in Marijuana (Class C felony) and possession of cocaine (Class D misdemeanor). The handgun in question was seized at the some time as Me currency. Prosecutors In Me case Flied for forfeiture of Me handgun and an amount of ash that was seized from Me defendant. The Bangor Police Department may be entitled to all or a potion of Me value in forfeited assets.
