Prosecutors In the use filed for forfeiture an an amount of cash and property (jewelry from the "Diamond
Connection'l that was seized from the defendant. Because Bangor Pollce Officers participated in this
investigation, the Police Department was entitled M a share of Me forfeited assets in this use. The
above award was the second of several checla anticipated as a result of this rase.
