Re: Accepting a Portion of Haskell Road
Webber Oil Company obtained a subdivision approval that required it to extend Haskell
Road to serve the new lots. Webber 011 Company constructed the street to the
specification of the CiVs Engineering Department a couple of years ago but never
deetled the road to the City. Webber has now tendered to the City a deed to the
extended portion of Haskell Road. Staff recommends that this Committee recommend
acceptance of the deed. to the City Council.
