As tine October 18P Transportation and Infrastructure Committee meeting was canceled, this Order is coming directly to the Coundl for consideration. Webber 011 Company constructed the street to the specification of the CiVs Engineering Department a couple of years ago but never deetled the road to the City. Webber has now tendered to the City a deed to the extended portion of Haskell Road. Staff recommends that this Committee recommend acceptance of the deed. to the City Council.
