As the October le Transportation and InfrasVudure Committee mewing was canceled, this Order is coming
directly to the Caundl for ooreidembon. This is a routine acceptance and approval is recom ended.

Whereas, BP Realty, LLC, entered into an agreement with the City whereby the City
discontinued a portion of Hellier Street and BP Realty constructed a new Hellier Street to
accommodate Me expansion of Shaws Supermarket on Main Street; and
Whereas, BP Realty has constructed the street to the specification of Me CINs
Engineering Department; and
Whereas, BP Realty has tendered to the City a deed to the new Hellier Street
Now therefore be it ORDERED that:
The City of Bangor hereby accepts the deed W the new Hellier Street from BP Realty,
LLC, a copy of which is attached hello, and hereby fuller accepts Me said nght-of-way
Improvements.
