Sunbury Medial Properties is anticipating the need to expand the building and has requested Me City grant It tentative developer states on the adjacent Lot 8 far a period of six (6) months to give them time to prepare and present a development proposal to the Council for Its consideration. This Order would grant Sunbury Medical Properties, LLC exclusive status as tentative developer of the site until March 22, 2006 and until then the Gry would deal exclusively with Sunbury Medial Properties, LLC for development of Lot 8. During MIs period, Sunbury Medical Properties, LLC would have an opportunity to submit for the City Council's consideration a more specific proposal for its anticipated expansion sufficient In delall to outline the general scope of development and convey to the Clry sufficient information to determine the level of Investment and character of the work to be performed.
