By changing part of a parcel of land located off of B Street in Birch Mill E ails (Tax Map No. 70, Part
of Lot 98) from Low Density Residential District b High Density Residential DBtrict Said part of a
parcel oanlainirg approximately 27.1 acres and being more pardcularly indicated on the map attached
hereto and made apart hereof.
