The technology used by Hallowell makes its heat pump capable of achieving the efficiency and capacity needed a low temperatures experienced in colder regions. Hallowell projects to employ 31 persons at the end of the first yew of production, 280 m the end of the second year, and in excess of 400 m full production at the end of the third year.
