The PGD is necessary W eliminate buffers and setback issues between the abutting property owners, Merrill Merchants Bank and Hayward Properties, LLC. The Agreement with Merrill Merchants is necessary W add some land W Me police station site W allow for the proposed design of the lot. In return, We City, when It does its parking tot, will create nine new spaces an abutting Merrill Merchants land contiguous with City land.
