Since that time, payment has been received for all of the past due taxes, which included several matured tax liens. Now that the obligations of the workout agreement have been met, the Cty can issue a quitclaim deed releasing any interest the City may have in the property by virtue of the liens. There are no known code issues. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its June 20, 2005 meeting. Department Head Manager's Comments: Recommend approval.
