Commentary:
On December 6, 2009 the Finance Committee approved a workout agreement with the new owner of a
mobile home loce at Lot 33 In Prays Trailer Pa B. Since that time, payment has been received for all
of the past due taxes, which included several matured tax liens. Now that the obligations of the workout
agreement have been met, the Cty can issue a quitclaim deed releasing any interest the City may have in
the property by virtue of the liens. There are no known code issues.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its June 20, 2005 meeting.

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, Is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the mobile home located at Lot 33, Pray's Mobile Home
Park on the Finsen Road in said Bangor by virtue of undischarged real estate tax liens
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 7407, Page 71; Book 7775, Page
67; Book 8250, Page 107; and Book 8791, Page 166. Said deed shall be directed to
Raleigh ]enkens and In a form approved by the Once of the City Solicitor.
