THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of the City of Bangor dated _--
October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows:
By changing part of parcels of land located on Virginia Lane (Tax Map No. R-70, Parts of Lot
14A and Tax Map No. R-71, Part of Parcel No. 3) from General Commercial and Service District
to Low Density Residential District Said parcel containing approuimately 3.4 acres and being
more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.
