Item/Subject: ORDER, Authorizing Executon of MuniGpal Quitclaim Used - Renal Estate
Located at 14 Sherman Avenue
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
Payment has been received by the Wastewater Treatment Plant for outstanding sewer bills, which
included a matured lien. Because the lien has armored, Council approval is necessary to release the
City's interest in the property back to the property owner. There are no real estate taxes or code issues
with the property.
The Rnance Committee recommended approval at its March 7, 2005 meeting.
