ORDERED, THAT Deborah A. BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to FREDERICK R. SAWTELLE and SUSAN C. SAWTELLE, both of Danger, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantees, a certain portion of a lot or parcel of land, situated in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows: The westerly one-thrtd of 131 Thornton Street, Bangor, also known as Lot 34 on Bangor Tax Assessor's Map R-42; approximately 30 feet in oadth; Excepting and reserving au rights of the City of Bangor to operate and maintain sewer lines presently existing under said lot; Said parcel is the same as one-half of a right-of-way that was formerly knovm as lot 35, and that was abandoned by the City of Bangor on May 11, 1970, in Council Order 163-x. The purpose of this quitclaim is to create a recordable instrument W reflect the abandonment. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A.
