WHEREAS, he City of Bangor has taken applications from citizens for a variety of

WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee of the Council has interviewed these applicants,
made rerommendabon as W various appointments, and has filled vacant
positions by passage of Order 05-85
WHEREAS, two additional vacancies have since been discovered
NOW, THEREFORE, BE R ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR
THAT Georgy Burgoyne be appointed to the Board of Appeals with a term to expire in
2006, and Charles "Nick" Bearce be appointed to the Recycling Advisory Committee with
A term to expire in 2007.
