With recent changes, a number of programs have now been relocated to the YMCA or have become more heavily millmd there creating an additional need for parking. While the Counal has tabletl the Y's request to acquire this property, it also indicated an interest in working with the Ytoward addressing parking needs. The attached Resolve would Wt the City on record as supporting cooperative efforts With the Bangor YMCA to address parking needs in this area. Department Head Manager's Comments: Recommend approval. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR THAT It is the intent of the City of Bangor to work cooperatively with the Bangor YMCA to explore potential avenues that would address the parking needs associated with the Y's facility tooted at Hammond and Court Streets.
