Commentary:
Payment has been recelved by the Wastewater Treatment Plant m all outstanding sewer bills on property
located at 93 Glenvrood Drive #3. Because part of the payment included a matured tax lien, Council
approval is necessary to issue a deed In order to release the City's interest in the property back W the
property owner. There are no code Issues with the property and the real estate taxes are whom.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its June 6, 2005 meeting.

MLE.J ORDER, Authorising Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real
Estate Located at 93 Glenwood Drive #3
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 93 Glenwood Drive #3 in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged sewer lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of
Deeds in Book 8231, Page 106. Said deed shall be directed to Larry S. Sites, Jr., and in
a form approved by the Office of the City Solicitor.
