Estate Located on Outer Ohio Street
By the City Council of the City of Bangor:
RESOLVED,
THAT the actions of the Finance Director and City Solicitor in executing and
delivering a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing the City's interest In real estate located
on Outer Ohio Street by virtue of four undischarged real estate tax liens recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 4024, Page 165; Book 4230, Page 321; Book 4442,
Page 340; and Book 4648, Page 68 respectively to Elizabeth M. Gould is hereby ratified and
affirmed.
