Commentary:
There are outstanding real estate tax and sewer charges, Including liens, on property of Michael Sherry of
17 Wood Street Mr. Sherry is a disabled person living in New Hampshire and is selling the property. The
closing is scheduled for November 24, 2004. Al outstanding taxes will be paid M the closing.
Because one of the liens has manures, a quitclaim deed is now needed. The new owner of the property
will be working with the Code Enforcement Once to mrrect any outstanding code issues with the
property.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at Rs November 15, 2009 meeting

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 17 Wood Street In mid Bangor
by virtue of an undischarged sewer lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in Book 8587, Page 325. Said deed shall be directed to Peter R. Erman and
Sally R. Enman, successors In dtle to Michael Q. Sherry, and in a form approved by the
Office of the Gty Solicitor.
