The proposed Fy05 budget Includes funding to protide a two and one-half percent (2.5%) adjustment to those sales. This percentage also parallels the wage increase induced In the three continuing union contracts. The Order would authorize the Qty Manager to Implement the adjustment for the first full pay period in July, Me beginning of the City's new fiscal year.
