The PAA reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time prior to its acceptance by the sponsor. 6. Thia offer shall expire and the United States shall not be obligated to pay any part of the costs of the project unless this Offer has been accepted by the sponsor on or before July 2, 2004, or such subsequent date as may be prescribed in writing by the FAA 'l. The sponsor shall take all steps, including litigation if necessary,, to recer Federal funds spent fraudulently, wastefully, or in iolation of Federal antitrust Statutes, or Misused i ms any other nn r in any project uponwhich Federal funds have been expended. The menufatlurer of Me system no longer carries parts for this system malting it suer so difficult to keep the system running up to Me current FAA and TSA security requirements. The proposed project will Install a new access control system that Nil¢as proximity cards, keypad access, and biometrics for methods aaccess. See appendix 2 for a complete breakdown of all items included for the access control system. The new CCN Security System will inWude the installation of a complete new system including CCN cameras, e digital recording system, all all conduit and calla required far the installation of the system..
