CITY OF BANGOR
(TRUE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed—Real
Estate Located at 1528 Hammond Street
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 1528 Hammond Street in mid
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Book 8250, Page 219. Said deed shall be directed to Raymond J.
Lynch, Jr., successor in interest to P.G. Realty Co., and In a form approved by the Office
of the City Solicitor.
