Baldacci, Jr. Tentative Developer of Front Street Riverhont Development Site Responsible Department: Community&8wnomic Development Commenti This Order would grant Robert Bull exclusive status as developer of a proposed restaurant on the Waterfront development site located between the City's two parking Iota on Front Street mall July 26, 2004, The City would deal exclusively with Robert Baldscci for development of the site until July 26°. Owing this period, Mr. Baldacci would have an opportunity to submit for the City Council's consideration a specific proposal for development of building and other improvements on the site providing commercial restaurant space. The Order squires the proposal to be in sufficient detail to allow the Council to determine the level of investment and chamcter of the work to be performed.
