Precincts
Be it ordainedby the atyofB ngor, as fdlow .-
THAT the fallowing provisions of Chapter 14, Article I, § 141 and 14-2 he Repealed and Replaced with
_
the following:
§14-1. Voting districts established
For purposes of all municipal elmnons, the City of Bangor shall be divided into four voting districts, also know
as "xaNs'. The boundaries of such districts sbali be the same as established by errWe of 21 -AM R.S.A § 1204
for the election of transitions of the State of Maine House of Repraentauves from the pry of Bangor, as follows:
A. Voting District No. l: House DiorictNo, 15,
B. Voting District No. 2: House District No. 16,
C. Voting District No. 3: House District No. 17.
D. Voting District No. 4: House DistrictNo. 18.
§142. Voting precincts established
Each voting district established under this article dull be divided into two votingprecincts. The boundaries of
each precinct shall be as follows.
A. District 15, Precinct 2. Beginning at the interseefion of Union SMet and the HemwnbomWary'Wen
southeast along Union Street 0 Cottage Strest; Nen nosh along Cottnge Street to Ohio Street; ten east

C. District 16, Precinct 2. Beginning at the intersection of Union Street and the Herman bomdary;then
southeast along Union Street to Gnffin Road; then northeast along Griffin Road to the Kenduckeag
Stream; than nonhwest along the Kenduskeag Stream to Finson Road; tan north along From Road to
Broadway: then tract along Broadway to the Glenburn boundary; Wen west along to Glenburn
boundary to the Herman boundary; than south along the Harmsen boundary to the begisming point.

D. District 16, Precincrl. All that part of voting District 16 not included in Precinct 2.
E. District Fl, Precinuk 2. Beginning at the intersection of Broadway and the Glenburn boundary; then
south along Broadway m Finson Road; then south along Finson Road to the Kenduskeag Stream;then
southeast along the Kendusloag Stream to Interstate 95; then northeast along Interstate 95 to Essex
Street; then north along Essex Street to the Orono boundary; then west along the Orono boundary to the
Glenburn boundary, then west along the Glenburn boundary to Ne beginning point.
F. District 17, Precinct 1. All that part of wrong District 17 not included in Precinct 2. _
G. District18. Precinct 2. Beginning in Bangorat the intersection of Interstate 95 and the Veave boundary;
then southwest along Interstate 95 to Stillweter Avenue; then southwest along Stillwater Avenue to
Maple Street; then sourb along Maple Street to State Street then west along Stare Street ro Newbury
Street; then south along Newbury Street to HenwckStreN; then south along a tonight line from the end
of Newbury Street to the Penobscot River; then nosh along the Penobscot River to the Bangor-Veazie
boundary; then north along the Bangm-Ve rme boundaryw the beginning point
H. District 18, Precinct 1. All that pan of voting District 18 not included in Precmct2.
