Members of the Bangor Police Department who were assigned to the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency
(MDFA) were instmmental in the investigation that led to this seizure. As a result of an investigation a
search warrant was executed at the residence of Leonel Dube In Argyle, Maine, and $12,899 In rash was
seized. Although Mr. Dube has not been formally charged with a crime (yet), the rash was forfeited as a
result of civil action. The $2,549.27 represersts Bangors share of the forfeited assets in this use.
