Responsible Department: legal The purpose of this Resolve is to Initiate an eminent domain taking of all parcels mr iained in the Penobscot Riverfront Redevelopment Plan area. While the City already owns all of the properties affected, this perimeter taking will clear all titles to ensure that no tide problems arise in the redevelopment phase. The Council will have to issue another Remlve approving this resolution before the taking is effective.
