Estate Located at 14 Third Street

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 14 Third Street in said Bangor
by virtue of Mo undischarged real estate tax liens retarded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in Book 8249, Page 280 and Book 8790, Page 350. Said deed shall be
directed to Charles T. Carson, Jr. and in a form approved by the Office of the City
Solicitor.
