Responsible Department: Legal The purpose of this Order is W authorize the City Manager W execute the Administrative Order by Consent for Remedial Design (RD AOC) W design the remedy for operable unit 1 of the Haws Comer, Plymouth, West Superfund Site, as required by the September 2002 Interim Record of Decision. This RD AOC was negotiated by the Hours Corner PRP Joint Defense Group. The Order also authorizes the City Manger to sign an Escrow Agreement to allow Pierce Atwood W ad as its escrow agent far the City in submiWng the signed RD AOC to EPA.
