Commentary:
Real estate taxes were paid In full for property located at 45 Patten Sheet and currently owned by Bonnie
Parlor. Because one of the liens has matured a quitclaim deed is necessary to release the City's interest
in the property acquired by virtue of me lien.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its November 5, 2003 meeting.

(MLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Dead — Real
Estate Looted at 45 patten Street
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 45 Patten Street in said Bangor
by virtue of an undischarged real estate tau lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of
Deeds in Book 4443, Page 49. Said deed shall be directed to Bonnie Pooler, successor
in title to Alfred E. and Joyce A. and in a form approved by the Office of the City
Solicitor.
