Item/Subject Resolve, Appropriating $35,000 from the Bangor Mall Impact Fee Account for
Bangor Mall Pump Station Bypass Project

ThIs Resolve will provide $35,000 from the Bangor Mall Impact Fee Account to be used in
conjunction with approximately $27,000 of available funding in the Waste Water Treatment Plant
budget to reroute an existing 12 inch sewer in the Bangor Mall area around the existing pump
stater. This project will significantly reduce leads on the present pump station and preserve Its
capacity for future needs.

Bangor Mall Impact Fees, and transferred to an account within the sewer fund to be established
by the Finance Director far the Bangor Mall Pump Station Bypass Project.
