Commentary: The City and the State Court SysNm have been worldling on an Option Agreement far
Purchase and Devdopment of the Exchange Sheet Development Ste B 13 for some done. The Court System
has selected an architect and a cedirmW for their proposed new facility and Is melon to menthe project
along, F/.pefu if who a comtruetldn start in 2007. The Courts are therefore, amious to have an Option
agreement in plate. The Agreenaa protides an Match b the Maine GovemmeMal Facilities Authority to
purchase 6-13 a[Its ap nalsed value of$259,OOo. TheAgroenertrequitethedevelopmemofamurtbdlty
