The Treatment Plant accepted payment from a mortgage holder for all outstanding dlarges against the
property located at 617 Ohlo Street and owned by Raoul and Mary Doyon. Because the payment included a
matured lien, Council approval is now necessary to release the OWs interest in the property back to the
Doyons. The real estate taxes are current, and there are no known code issues with the property.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its August r meeting.

ORDERED,
THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, Is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any
interest the City may have in the real estate located at 617 Ohio Street in said Bangor
by virtue of an undischarged sewer lien recorded In the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Book 9401, Page 274. Said deed shall be directed to Raoul A. and Mary A. Doyon, and
in a form approved by the Office of the City Solicitor.
