Share Agreement with F onMobil Aviation far Ne purchase of Software and Hardware for the
Airport's Fixed Base Operation.

The Nrport's existing accounting system for handling its FBO 15 antiquated and needs to be
upgraded. The new program will have a fully Integrated software system Nat Includes our tank
farm, operations, ramp, passenger service, fuel accounting, marketing, and management
divislons. We conservatively estimate that 75% of the software package is related exdusively W
services provided by the Airport and the remaining 25% Is a Joint be edit to the Airport and
ExxonMotml. ExxanMobil and the Airport have agreed to evenly cost sham the total cost for
Nese improvements.

CITY OF BANGOR
(ITTLE.): Order, Authorizing the City Manager and/or Airport Director to Enter into a
Cost Share Agreement wth ExxonMobll Aviation for the Purchase of Software and
Hardware for the Airports Fixed Base Operation (FDO).
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of Bangor International Airport, formerly known as
Dow Air Force Base, located in Bangor, Maine (hereinafter sometimes
referred to as "BIA"); and
WHEREAS, the Airport's existing accounting system for handling its Fixed Base
Operations is antiquated; and
WHEREAS, the new system will Improve our Inventory controls, allow for better
customer service, faster and more efficient billing/Invoking, quicker
processing of inventory, eliminate duplication of effort, and offer quicker
tumaround on our receivables; and
WHEREAS, we conservatively estimate that 75% of the software package is related
exclusrmly to services provided by the Airport and the remaining 25% is a
joint benefit to the Airport and ExxonMobll.; and
WHEREAS, Ero Mobil has agreed to evenly share the cost of the software and ,
hardware for the new accounting program with the Airport;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CRY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BANGOR,
That the City Manager and/or Airport Director is hereby authorized to enter Into a Cost
Share Agreement wind ExanMobil Aviation In an amount not to exceed $300,000 for
the purchase of software and hardware for a Concierge Services, Operations B
Dispatch, Ramp Servkes, and Wel Farm Management & Accounting System for the
All Fixed Base Operation.
