§ 165-102 General Commercial and Service District (GC & S).

SUWECT: Amending Land Development Code
Chapter 165-102(8) Permitted Uses General
Commercial & Service
Council Ordinance 06-226
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly scheduled
meeting on June 20, 2006 held a Public Hearing on the above Land
Development Code Amendment.
The Planning Staff indicated with a new definition of"Passenger
Intermodal Facility" there would be opportunity for this use to ft into the
General Commercial and Service Distinct as a permitted use.
The Planning Board reviewed Me existing locations of General Commercial
and Service District Zoning and found the proposed use compatible. The Board
voted unanimously to recommend to the City Council that it adopt the proposed
definitions.
