Gould, Planning Officer SUBJECT: Amending Land Development Code Chapter 165-13 Definitions Intermodal Facilities, Passenger and Freight Council Ordinance 06-227 Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting on lune 20, 2006 held a Public Hearing on the above Land Development Code Amendment. The Planning Staff gave a brief overview of the two definitions he clarify the Planning Board's concern over what was intended by "intermodal facility" in the Waterfront District. It was noted that this new definition of passenger intermodal facility will also facilitate opportunities for bus lines and other intermodal providers to find suitable locations In the City. The Board found the proposed defini0ons addressed their previous concerns and voted unanimously to recommend to the City Council that it adopt the proposed definitions.
