Gould, Planning Officer SUBJECT: Amending Land Development Code Chapter 165-8,165-66,165-73,165-74,165-111 related Technology &Service District Council Ordinance 06-223 Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting on June 20, 2006 held a Public Hearing on the above Land Development Code Amendment. The Planning Staff gave a brief overview of the various sections of Me Land Development Code that need to be amended when a new district Is added. The Board voted unanimously to recommend to the City Council that It adopt the proposed amendment that would provide the interrelated provisions pertaining to Technology and Service District.
