Dear Mr. Birch:
I am resigning tram the Board of Assessment Review effective immediately
because I have accepted a position with the City of Bangor. -
I could not find an article in the City of Bangor's Code of Ethics, Chapter 33,
that states I must end my term; however, I feel that continuing on the bond
would create the appearance of conflict of interest.
I have enjoyed working and interacting with each bond member during my
tense. Thank you for allowing me to serve.
