At that time, the City Engineer recommended that in addition to authorizing this easement in orderto allowthe sale of the home to move forward, the potential for revising the subdivision to eliminate the setback violation should also be explored. At this point, no other homes have been constructed in the Immediate vicinity, of this properly, and the potential exlststo realign the right of way of Cardinal Way W allow the home that has been constructed to meet the set bark. The Committee was supportive of this approach. In order to allow the sale to proceed, the Committee recommends your approval. Subsequently, staff will investigate the potential for a revision to the subdivision plan. O.
