(TITLE.) Ordinance, Amending Land Development Cade - Chapter 165, Section 165-99 - Low
Density Residential District and Chapter 165, Sectlon 165-105 - Rural Residence and
Agricultural District -Cluster Subdivisions
Be it ordained by the City of Bangor, as follows:
THAT CHAPTER 165, § 165-99. Low -Density Residential District (LDR) be amended as follows.
C. Permitted uses. The f0110wing uses are permitted In this district:

D. Conditional uses. Subject to Planning Board approval under the provisions of § 165-9, the
following uses may be permitted in this district:

(c) Such site development receives approval under Article XVI.

AND THAT CHAPTER 165, 4 165-105. Rural Residence and Agricultural District (RR 8. A) be
amended as follows:
C. Permitted uses. The following uses are permitted in this district: [Amended 12-27-2000

(1) Agriculture.
(2) The sale of farm, nursery, dairy or poultry products within a strucWre having a gross
floor area of not more than 500 square feet.

[This ordinance also redesignated former Subsection C(3) through (8) as C(9)
through (9), respectively. 1
(a) The retail area shall not exceed 2,500 square feet.
(b) The property is located on a major arterial street.
(c) The property is a working farm.
(9) One -family dwellings and ora -family detached manufactured housing units.
(5) Home occupation or profession (subject to the requirements of Article M.

(7) Public utilky and public service uses.
(8) Community living arrangements, in accordance with 30-A M.R.S.A. 4'1357-A, as may
be amended.
