Said deed included a restriction prohibiting the owners from constructing any building, structure, road or parking area on sad parcel. Because of the deed restriction the purchase price was $9,076 kss than the assessed value. The current owners, Jeffrey and Debra Kinney, have requested that the City execute a release of said restriction in consideration of $9,076. Department Head This has been reviewed and is racommended by the Finance Committee. Several members of the Committee expressed concerns that the amount to be paid to the Ciry is insufficient given the Increase In property and land values since 2001 and have requested additional information which should be available for Monday's meeting.
