There are approximately 25 represented positions involved. Thisagreementwill followthe3une 30, 2005eayiratlonofthemostrecentcont2R. Major points of significance include: a three year term; wage adjustments of 2% War one, 2% year two and 3% year three; a minor adjustment to the vacation schedule; inclusion of earned time off for part-time employee positions; revisions t the group health insurance plan including a new cost sharing formula and other changes intended to encourage employees to move away from the anent older styte plans which are offered; a small increase in the boot allowance; and various other housekeeping changes. The Union recently voted to retry the proposed Tentative Agreement. This Agreement has been reached within the bargaining guidelines previously established by the City Council, and It Is now ready for your consideration.
