Real estate taxes assessed against property located at 72 Pier Street were paid off several years
ago when the property changed hands. One lien was not discharged In the Registry of Deeds at
the time of payment. A quitclaim deed running to the current owner of the property, Joseph
Mullins, was recorded in the Regis" on February le in order W accommodate a closing that was
going to be held on February 1F. All other taxes and sewer charges are current.
This Resolve will ratify the actions of staff.

BIBLE) RESOLVE, Ratifying Execution and Delivery of Municipal Quitclaim Deed -- Real
Estate Located at 72 Pier Street
By the City Council of the City of Bangor:
RESOLVED,
THAT the actions of the City Manager and City Solicitor in executing and
delivering a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing the City's interest in real estate located
at 72 Pier Street by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds In Book 6140, Page 149 to ]oseph H. Mullins is hereby ratified and affirmed.
