ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Munidpal Quitclaim Deed — Real Estate Located at"Merrimac Street THAT Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in real estate looted at 39 Merrimac Street in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged sevrer lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 8030, Page 236. Said deed shall be directed to Michael R. Lockard II and in a form approved by the office of the City Solicitor.
