Changing Eight Parking Spaces on Broad Street from Two Hour Parking to
Four Hour Parking

The Downtown Parking Advisory Committee recommends that the parking spaces on Ernst! Street the[
are designated as 1526 through 1533 on the Downtown Parking Management Disbict map be charged
fmm 2 hour to 4 hour spaces. There are 29 other on -sheet parking spaces on this block where demand
is relatively low, and the retail building across the sheet has its own parking lot Creel of longer term
parking for these eight spaces will help serve the needs of customers M 4 Union Street for whom 2 tour
Parking is insufficient, but will not be de amental to neighboring businesses. This Order effectuates the
Committee's recommendation.

Oranging Eight Parking Spaces on Broad Street from Two Hour Parking To
Four Hour Parking
BE IT ORDERED BY THE QTY COUNQL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR MAT
The map of the Downtown Parking Management District, referred to in Chanpter 291-32(B) of
the Code of the City of Bangor, is hereby amended by changing parking space numbers 1526
through 1533, inclusive, from "Parking limited to Two Hours" to "Parking for Four Hours".
