Funding for this project is as follmws: 95% Federal, 2.5% State, and 2.5% local. Edwards & coney, the Airport's engineering consultant, and City staff have reviewed the low bid from Sargent Corporation and have found'tto be responsiveto all requirements of the bid request. On May 21, 200], the Finance Committee reviewed and approved thestaff recommendation thatthe contract be awarded m Sargent Corporation of WIwater in the amount of $1,866,237.
